I have over 50 years of experience in martial arts. I am a Senior Instructor in Contemporary Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial arts under Progressive Fighting Systems Co-Founder, Thomas Cruse. I am also trained and certified in Muay Thai by Suwat Sidthilaw of Chiang Mai Thailand. I offer Private lessons as well as Intensive Personal Train
